Purple Mash Home Access
Thu 02 Apr 2020Your child has access to Purple Mash, a whole world of fun and exciting learning opportunities in one safe place.
What is Purple Mash?
Purple Mash is a comprehensive suite of online learning tools and content, designed to be used by Primary aged children in the classroom and at home. It also includes Mini Mash, for Reception pupils.
Find out more here: https://2simple.com/parents
As the majority of pupils are now at home, we will not be able to demonstrate how to use Purple Mash until children return to school. Please visit the link below for more support.
2simple software (Purple Mash) have an excellent YouTube channel with videos on how to use some of their features: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbb6_NFaicpc4ef8CXlSoGw
Once teachers familiarise themselves with the program, they will be setting ‘2 Do tasks’ for pupils.
How to Access Purple Mash
The link above will take you to our unique portal.
As we are not currently in a position to individually send out unique usernames and passwords to every pupil, all usernames will be set to first name (with a capital letter) followed by the first letter of their family name (capital letter).
Every pupil will have this password: stmarys.
For example, a pupil registered at school as Joe Smith:
Username: JoeS
Password: stmarys
Double barrelled first names: Ava-Rose Smith
Username: Ava-RoseS
Password: stmarys
For technical support, please email ITsupport@st-marysprittlewell.southend.sch.uk
*This is a trial basis and we would love to hear your feedback. A Parent Pin will be sent once schools are open again for you to have access to your child’s progress.
With thanks for your support,
Mr. Jolly
